Job Scope:
JP Weiman Construction, Inc. completed the following:
- Removed 80 LF FRP & drywall behind FRP up to 4 and 80 LF of bath partitions, 12 LF of countertop, 12 bath fixtures and 1,080 sf of sheet vinyl.
- Floor protection and dumpster included.
- Hang new drywall at existing restrooms where FRP was demoed.
- Furnished and installed Cal-Tile 2″x2″ Keystone GRP, porcelain tile at floors and base.
- Provided Merkote Hydro guard 2000 waterproofing membrane and Miracle Sealants 511 impregnating sealer.
- Provided demo & safe off of existing fixtures, installed (2) new Kohler ADA tank type water closets K-3427, (4) Kohler regular height tank type water closets K-3422, (2) Kohler ADA urinals with Zurn sensor flush valves, (4) self rimming lavatories, (4) Zurn battery operated sensor faucets.
- Provided new laminate partitions and restroom accessories. Installed (2) 25 1/2 ‘ x 8 LF solid surface countertops with two sink holes in each. KV metal corbels and cleaning. Painted restroom walls and ceilings semi gloss one color.
